[SEDXC] Conditions on Aprl 1st

Early this AM the Pacific net on 7095 was quite loud at 1130Z with VK and YB 
stations.  VK9GMW was on too and was also reported on 14195 later at 1400Z 
(Mellish).

There was an HS0 and E21 on 17 CW but they were both quite weak here on 
Short Path.  Actually they were slightly better on 15 degrees over Europe. 
Working VA and FL.  HS has had 17 meter privileges for about a year.   C91TX 
was 579 on 17 CW too at 1600Z.  They were reported on 15 CW but that band 
was dead except for KP4's on SSB.  Not even beacons readable here.

20 was good to eastern and Northern Europe at 1600Z

SF 71  A index 3 K index 1.  50% chance of the band being open to VK9LA and 
VK9 Mellish on 15 after 2030Z.  Very slight chance on 12 at 2200Z.  Forget 
10 except for N/S path for now.  Europe (EA and I) are heard over Africa 
back scatter about 1330 to 1400Z on 10 when SF gets above 70 and A and K 
index are low.
