[SEDXC] Emcomm battery back up for sale

Hi group,
I have a West Mountain Radio Powergate PG40S, and a deep cycle gel  
cel battery in a plastic weatherproof enclosure(both are in excellent  
condition), for sale for $175.
You hook up your power supply and the battery to the Powergate and if  
the power goes out(or you just want to run battery) it switches  
automatically to the battery, it charges the battery too.
