[SEDXC] Dayton Hamfest DX Banquet tickets

I'm now accepting advance payment for the 2009 Dayton DX Banquet seating.  They are $39 each.  Please make your checks to me so I can send one big check when we expectedly fill two tables.  Nineteen of the twenty are remaining at this moment.

IMPORTANT:  Please specify the name + call for each ticket PLUS if any vegetarian dinners desired.
