[SEDXC] Info needed on new Tower/Antenna Book

Dave Johnson gave a great presentation regarding towers a couple of months ago and he mentioned a book that was being privately published about towers and antennas. Does anyone have that info readily available? If so, please share. Also....does anyone on this list have the book and is it worth purchasing??
