Gary,
I'm glad you've done this, because I wanted to ask someone with
first-hand experience about Cadwelds.
Go easy on me, my Bachelor's is in Telecommunications Engineering, not
Chemistry, in which I'm weak.
For years, we've burned stumps out with Thermite, which seems to be
the heart of this product. I understand the Thermite reaction, but
what is different about Cadweld? Is there something extra there,
maybe copper? None of the pages I googled seemed to want to admit
much about it in terms of real engineering data.
I'd be interested in whatever you personally have observed. If
others have first hand observations I'd love to hear those, too.
Finally, I'd like to get on the list for the pricing for the extras.
Thanks,
Jeff/KD4RBG
