[SEDXC] Pulling the Plug on WAGA Analog: Patch the Link

 Thanks to Hal for pointing out the link didn't work. This is one of the
joys of the internet.  I have tried the age old approach of putting the link
in <>, but if that doesn't work with your browser, you can manually patch
the pieces together.  The video features Paul Cram, who turned on WAGA in
1949 and turned off analog 60 years later.  Not bad for an almost 99 year
old.
