[SEDXC] Working PJ2T --all bands

I didn't think I was gonna nab them on 10 meters, but the band opened up nicely late in the contest on Sunday.  I had worked them on 160-15 and checked 10 a few times during the day on Sunday but only heard a few stations and static.  Late in the day on Sunday I was pleasantly surpriced to find 10 open to SA and the Caribbean.  I found the PJ2T guys and worked them to finish the sweep.  I missed The TI8M guys on 15 (I think).
