[SEDXC] SEDXC March 2009 Bulletin

I didn't get a chance to read this month's fine DX bulletin until now.  
I now realize that nothing in it mentioned the GA QSO Party, which is 
co-sponsored by SEDXC.  Hope it will be talked up at the meeting 
tonight.  It is the weekend of April 11 and 12.  This year it 
unfortunately falls on Easter weekend.  So, we need everyone to get on 
the as much as their other obligations allow that weekend and encourage 
others, particularly those in GA, to do so also.  Mobile/rovers please
