[SEDXC] Using 145.410

I'm not familiar with a 145.410 in Macon however there is one at 145.430.

Dave,
     If I recall, the 145.410 used to be the old Cobb county machine. That
machine though went off the air prior to 2005 though. There might be another 410
around N. Georgia somewhere that I'm not aware of, but the only other 410 I
can remember is in Macon. Hope this helps.
