[SEDXC] Missing 17 SSB VK9LA logs

If you worked San, K5YY on March 27, 2009 between 2010 and at least 2200Z 
(he on 18165)
you are probably not in the log for that QSO.  I looked at Dx Summit and 
found half a dozen QSOs I listened to that are not in the on line log.

They must know they have a problem as they say to work them again if your 
QSO is not in the log.  I did send an e-mail to them at odxg at odxg.org 
Hopefully they will find the problem but if you need them on 17 SSB I would 
work them again just to be sure.
