[SEDXC] Sandy Donahue, W4RU, SK

I first met Sandy when I was at the Orlando Hamfest in either 1964 or
1965.....I was a kid in high school and he had just started at Univ of
Florida. We both checked into the Florida CW net QFN and I met him at a QFN
meeting during the hamfest. We kept up with each other over the years and I
recently saw him at a hamfest.

Likewise, Sandy administered the Tech and Extra class license exams to me
and was very encouraging both times as well. He will be missed by all.
