[SEDXC] Antenna Help Needed...

I can most likely help except for Field Day weekend.  I have a SteppIR but
am not a SteppIR expert by any stretch of the imagination.  We should have
at least one person who IS --and I think N4XP qualifies.  My guess is that
the project will take several days.
