Mike,

I have known Johnny since 1959. He lived on Club Dr. then in Brookhaven. 
His father was Harold Fearon who was a very successful insurance 
executive. Johnny then had a windmill tower with a Hy-Gain tribander. 
His rig was the Central Electronics 100V and the receiver was Collins.

Members of the Atlanta Teenage Radio Club used to meet over there for 
eyeballs and highballs. Those were the days!!

In fact Johnny and I double dated around 1960. I always thought a lot of 
Johnny. I'm sure sorry to hear about his illness. I pray for his recovery.
