[SEDXC] 3D20DR - Conway Reef is active FT5 update

FT5GA has been shadowed by a lot of pirate activity.  The activity on 10.114 
was actually the TX5 who does not give his call very often.  The Ft5GA on 
14250 was the real one as I recognized his voice from 17 and 15.  They were 
on at 1200 to 1400 on 17, 15, 12 but no conditions here.

3D20CR is active from Conway Reef.  He was in for several hours on both CW 
and SSB.  He was n 21310 and 18142 then 145 SSB on 17.  He faded out for a 
while then came up to 5/6 at 0030.  Stayed at 5/5 to 6 with some QSB and 
worked a lot of W4's on short path.
