I guess we must expect that when European hams go on DXpedations they will 
spend more time working Europe than the rest of the world.  It was kind of 
frustrating this morning listening to 3D20CR on 40 SSB with a 5-9+10db 
signal listening from 7.075 to 7.090.  They worked a bunch of JA's.
