[SEDXC] Propagation for K4M?

Very weak on both 15 CW and 17 SSB so far.  Hits 5/4 on SSB on some peaks 
but fades out almost entirely   He is workable if you catch the peak.  449 
On 15 CW.

Little bit better at 2345Z 33 to 5/4.  18145
