Sounds like they have a good business plan.  Hope they are successful.

I have never been able to afford an Alpha new or used.  I did pick up a 
Vomax split band processor
that K1YZW (Maximillian and Associates) sold to ETO a few years ago to 
replace one I had back in the late 1970's to go with both the Drake line and 
the Ten Tec Triton IV.  Sold it to W0CP.
