[SEDXC] FT5GA on 20 SSB

FT5GA was on 14.214.9 short path today from 1900 to after 2100Z.  I first 
heard them at 2010Z and they were S7.  Working some USA and being called 
coast to coast.  Tuning 14220 to 250. Faded out here at 2125Z.

Other times might be 1200Z long path and 0100Z short path if the SF rises 
above 70.

VQ9LA was in on 17 CW with a good signal and some thought Larry was FT5GA. 
17 might work some days at 1300Z and 1900Z.

need them on 12 meters but probably little chance there unless a bunch of 
spots appear.
