[SEDXC] YI9PSE?

Dave,
Well it seems everyone else is getting good contacts with them I can't seem
to get them on any mode any band. But then again I am thinking my antenna
setup isn't the best. But going to keep hunting the infamous Iraq. Somehow I
will manage to pull them in! ;)

I know I shouldn't put this on the reflector but I can't help myself.  I had

a short chat with "Wild Bill" N2WB (a DX Club member) operating YI9PSE on 20

meter phone and he said to tell the club members "Hello".  I also worked 
them on 40 phone with a good signal.
