[SEDXC] The SEDXC Monthly DX Challenge contest for March is over..

..and we have winners!  They'll be announced and the plaques 
presented at the April SEDXC Meeting April 21st.  Though we added a 
QRP class in March, no one submitted a score.

The April contest is underway.  There are three classes:  QRP, Low 
Power and High Power.  Complete rule are
