For some reason I was left out of the log on 40 on 9 April at 0040Z. Bill
N2WB was again the op tonight and I worked him again at 0047 with a loud
signal both ways. He reported QRN from a rain and wind storm was making
copy bad in Northern Iraq. He also reported they were on 3785 Listening up
5 for NA. At 0000Z 40 signals were S8 and peaked at 9+ 10 to 15 at 0045Z.
They were still S9 + 10 at 0245Z but now listening on 7175.

On 75 they were S7 on 9 April at 0130Z but with Stateside QRM on both sides
(3782 down 5 to 7).
I heard K2EK clearly make a QSO but that was it.
Tonight they were S5 on peaks with about 50% readability from 0145Z to well
past their sun up at 0240Z. With the QRN Bill reported I could tell they
had problems working NA. I only heard N2RK and VE1VOX make a 2 way QSO.

The 80 Cw signal was also S5 and about 75% readable at 0230Z working a N3.

Hope SEDXC embers worked them somewhere. Also another YI9 was reported on
14265 and YI1RZ was reported on 14305 listening 5 up so there will be more
chances when the spots pick up again.
