[SEDXC] Band Conditions

I found myself in a situation that was a first for me.

There was a totally impromptu meeting of about seven counties on 3.837
MHz that turned into a "net" of sorts.  Chaz was there representing
Fulton.  I got about fifty contacts from it.  We ran it until the
close of business at 0359Z.

There was talk of firing it up again tomorrow.
