Chased RF feedback problems most of Sat afternoon from the TS-2000 and MC-85. It was the first time I had taken it out of the shack for field work, and it did not work out very well.   Finally took the FT857d out of the van after 4 hours of chasing my tail. 
 
Worked 10 hours Sat  Portable fixed from Now not-so-rare Fannin Co
(at least 3 others there Sat)  139 Qs
 
And last 4 hours from Cherokee CO on Sunday afternoon with 69 Qs
 
SSB only, 26 states, 5 DX and 46 GA counties worked on mostly 40 and 80M, big plans for 10 and 15 did not work out very well, finished with  208 Qs and 5408 points total.
 
 
Also spent too much time rocking on the porch, listening to others call CQ and looking at the mountains.
