[SEDXC] OPDX Bulletin Not updated on K8YSE web page

The last OPDX Bulletin on the K8YSE Internet host page is August 16th.  I 
heard that K8UEE put out a special notice on the SEDXC PJ4 operation last 
week but nothing on K8YSE.

I was looking at newsgroups (not used much any more) and found the August 
23rd and August 29th
editions plus the special August 23rd from Bob K4UEE on rec.radio-amateur.DX 
I sent KB8NW a note but so far no answer.

Anyone know what is going on???
