[SEDXC] Emergency Net set up in A41 Oman

A monster tropical cyclone is moving inland into A41 Oman.  Emergency nets 
are being set up on 7080, 14305, and 21305.  Please stay clear of these 
frequencies when the band is open to the middle east.  I looked at the ARRL 
Web page and so far no mention.  This info comes from 7Z1CQ and an A61.  The 
cyclone (we call them Hurricanes) was highlighted on CNN World News.
