[SEDXC] YI9PSE card chewed up by USPS

I too received my YI9PSE card....well, a portion of it. Some piece of USPS
equipment chewed up the right half of the envelope and the QSL
card....luckily the address label was positioned more to the left so the
address was legible. I will send them a note with the chewed up envelope and
another green stamp for another card. I hope they will send me another one.
