[SEDXC] 3C0C and 10 meters

The mystery of why 3C0C is very weak has not been explained.  They have been 
on 20, 17, and 15
plus even 12.  They seem to shut down at 2400Z
so low bands to NA means maybe 40.  They did have a decent signal on 40 CW 
early.  The two EA hams plan to be there until June 20.

10 meters again had 6 meter type multiple E hops today.  SP7TF was in early 
on SSB as was a Russian on CW.  Later CT3FQ and IK4GRO were in but weaker 
than Thursday.  OY6FRA was posted but nothing was heard but listening up 5 
several I's were heard weakly and then A61BK was there calling at 5/5.  The 
band took a dip and at almost 2400Z a EA7 came through on SSB and a SM4 hit 
579 on CW.  Band opening favored W1, 2, VE2.

The e skip even touched 12 meters but W4QN in Florida got the opening. 
EA9LS was heard but the rest were merely ESP here.  A CQ7 (Portugal) was 
heard on CW.  After 2400Z W1AW was booming in on CW but the band was dead 
otherwise.
