[SEDXC] Signals on 10 is it Comcast??

I listened to first my Icom then my Yaesu which has AM reception.  Here is 
what I found.  You can hear them but they are not very loud with my beam 
pointed NE.

28.320  S3   Steady carrier
28.350  S3 Steady carrier
28.410 S2 too weak to hear on the Yaesu.
28.440 S3 Steady carrier
28.470 Very weak on both receivers
28.502 S2 Steady carrier
28.563 S3 Steady carrier
28.593 S1 to 2 steady carrier
28.624.5 S3 Sounds like a train running not a steady carrier
28.635  RX noice S7 sound like phase noise in the yaesu.
28.684 RX noise S5  sounds like phaase noise.

I listened up to 28.9 and heard nothing else.  The band was closed except 
for a W5 CW beacon and a local just on the edge of groundwave on 28.8

I can see where these can make operating 10 meters a chore.  I am so used to 
listening to DX through noise that what I hear does not bother me
but if they were S6 or 7 that could be a problem.
