[SEDXC] Finally got #98 to confirm!

Finally I accidently found someone who used LoTW and uploaded occasionally
-- Greece finally confirmed for me so now at #98 (been stuck at #97) for a
long time. I think I am going to give up on the LOTW and just go with doing
the card thing, seems a lot easier. ;)
