DXers are expecting big things from what is now known as  "The
Netherlands Antilles" this fall, perhaps, and "new ones" to work  when
"governance" and independence are worked out there.  Three members  of
the SEDXC club and the K5D Desecheo team, K4UEE, W6IZT and N4GRN,  will
be on Saba March 11-15 operating PJ6/home call, as they finalize  plans
and begin building a station to be ready for the upcoming  political
realignment later in the year.  QSL to their home  calls.
