[SEDXC] SEDXC member recon of Saba Island

Can anyone explain the sudden interest in Saba to me? 
It would seem that the political status of Saba, St. 
Eustatius and Bonaire are not changing (or are changing 
in name only) with the independence of Curacao and St. 
Maarten - they will still be non self-governing 
territories within the Netherlands.  

Under the current DXCC rules, it would seem that Saba 
and St. Eustatius would be the "successor entity" to 
the current St. Maarten/Saba/St. Eustatius entity and 
Bonaire would be the "successor entity" to the current 
Curacao/Bonaire entity in the same way as Serbia was 
the successor entity to Yugoslavia as the various other 
countries managed to break away.
