Gang,

 

We have a" Good News" - "Bad News Situation" . The good news is our
attendance at our monthly meetings is growing.  The bad news is our current
facility is a bit undersized.

 

Your officers have been kicking around the possibility of another meeting
location.  This is not the first time we have kicked this subject around.
In fact it has come up several times in the past few years.

 

We would very much like your input in any such considerations.  In fact we
NEED it.

 

If you often make our meetings please respond to these questions:

 

A. Would you still attend if we changed our meeting to a larger facility in
the Sandy Springs area (convenient to major roads )?

 

B. Would you still attend if we changed our meeting to a larger facility in
the Alpharetta area (convenient to major roads )?

 

C. Would you still attend if we changed our meeting to a larger facility in
the Atlanta down town area ( convenient to major roads )?

 

If you don't often attend ( less than 50% of the meetings ), would you be
more likely to attend if we changed meeting spots?

 

A question for all is what would be your preference between A, B & C?  Would
you like to suggest another area?  If so what area?

 

This may sound like a redundant question but whether you have been attending
or not, which of the 3 areas referenced is the most convenient for you?  You
can include the current location as your answer.

 

We realize that these questions don't apply as much to our out of town
members but we just wanted to keep you in the loop on what is going on.

 

We would very much appreciate any input not covered in the above questions.
