[SEDXC] Alpha Support after the Sale Warning...

Could the watt meter repair issue have anything to do with the fact that the company moved it's entire facility to a new building several miles away recently?  I know for a fact that they had a hard time getting their repair facilities up and going after the move, including the recalibration and testing of all their test equipment. They reported the moving pains and apologized to everyone on their newsletters and emails sent to customers. 
   I am somewhat surprised at bad reports of Alpha's customer service. I have been reading all the reflectors on Alpha LINEARS for some time, and 99% of their customers rave about their customer service. 
   I for one am using a 30+ year old Alpha 78, and it still puts out FULL power from it's original tubes, in spite of the fact I am constantly trying to blow it up. I have never been anything but very satisfied with the support RF Concepts has given me. Just one man's opinion.
