[SEDXC] A51A and other DX

A51A is active on 14020, 7010, and 10.103 with a JA operator.  Nothing in 
the OPDX or DXNL Dx bulletins yet.  A51A has also been reported on 14195 and 
14250 SSB and is on 7088 SSB working JA as I write.  I can hear the JA but 
A51A path is all in daylight on short path and is ESP on long path.

Several T6's are active from Afganistan along with several YI9's from Iraq. 
Macquarie VK0 will soon have an operator active.  ZS8M continues to be 
active on 20 and 40.  He was 4/4 on 7150 at 0430Z last night.  On 20 he is 
readable on long path at 1300Z.
