[SEDXC] Cushcraft 5 el 6 meter beam modification

An alternative modification is by W5WVO:

The W5WVO modification uses a single piece of 1.5" x 72" tubing to
extend the boom to 18' overall.  The difference between the K9MU
and W5WVO modifications are less than 0.2 dB.
