[SEDXC] Car Tags

I walked into the DMV the other day to renew in person.  The gal took
one look at my paperwork and immediately lined through the $35 before I
said anything.  
 
"If you are like everyone else, you don't want to pay for this, do you?"
She said.
 
"Correct," I say.
 
She hands me my new "everyday" plate and I am on my way.
 
There has been a little push-back here and there apparently!
