Hope this will help anyone trying to get a card from Nelson 4S7NE I just 
got it today.

Dear Gary
I rceived your QSL and many from USA and other countries . The QSLs
are held up due to a Postal Strike here in Sri Lanka. All letters sent
to the VK address is replied by me from 4S7.. Sorry for the delay. All
letters will be posted no sooner things come back to normal . (Great
ful if you can put this note on some media that will be read by all)
