[SEDXC] ST0R Loud Now (5:20PM) on 12m cw

[Robert Carroll]

Loud: Causing large deflection of the eardrums.  He peaked at 599 here on
12m.

As of a few minutes ago (6:45 PM)  he was still reasonably workable but no
longer loud.
