[SEDXC] ST0R on 10 and 12 SSB

I saw that ST0R was on 24945 and 28495 about 1915Z I was in the midst of 
helping do some painting but I got to the rig at 1925Z.

I listened until 2015 and there was someone on very weak on 24945 but no 
loud enough to be workable here.  On 28495 not even ESP.  A W1 operating the 
10 -10 contest was right next to the frequency abd he was jumped by several 
stations.
I listened up and heard stations in 1 land calling between 28503 and 28510. 
I heard K4WZ on 28507 give him a report.  The only caller I heard on 12 was 
a W0 on the wrong VFO and he was like scatter with a word or so loud and the 
rest weak.

Maybe I was too late but I had worked TL0A on 24960 and he was loud.  I 
listened to loud VK's last nite at 0330Z on 10.  They had decent (not loud) 
signals on CW the day before on both bands.

With a solar storm in progress I had given up and just happened to grab the 
family PC and look at DX summit.
