Something I have seen in the past cycles when we went into the higher solar flux numbers is many mornings you will have a lot of echo on signals out of EU.  The really neat thing when you get these conditions you can actually hear yourself briefly when you let off the the mic.  If your rig recovers quickly, and you say hello, you will hear the “lo”.  Just seems cool.. Sometimes the echos are so bad on the stations from EU on CW that is impossible to copy due to the delay between the two signals making it sound like several stations on the same freq.
