[SEDXC] New Postage from DL

Hello

I got information from a Ham in DL that DL starts new postage effective 
1/1/2011.

Standard Envelop Size:
L: 14 cm - 23.5 cm/5.5 - 9.25 inch
W: 9 cm - 12.5 cm/3.5 - 4.92 inch
H: 0.5 cm
max 20g/0.7oz

Old Category:	1) Domestic DL, 0.55EU	2) Europe, 0.70EU	3) Others, 1.70EU

New Category:	1) Domestic DL, 0.55EU	2) Others, 0.75EU


I do not know details, such as new is for DL only or entire EU nations.   It will be huge cost reduction at least from DL to W that is now 0.75EU.  Probably one GS effect well than one IRC.   I hope someone confirm it with your source.
