Many of you know that I offer a public resource for pulling CW spots in the
Atlanta area. It covers seven bands simultaneously. During daylight it adds
two upper bands and then automatically switches to 160M and 80M near dark.
You may access it at telnet *w4ax.com port 23*. You can also connect to
http://www.reversebeacon.net to see CW skimmer spots from around the world.
The latest version, installed yesterday, provides better CQ/FD/Test
detection and also offer a new command *skimmer/sett* . From your telnet
window if you enter this command (note lower case and spelling) you can see
all of the current settings of the CWSkimmer server.
skimmer/sett
SETT: vlAggressive CQ
1800.0-1870.0,3500.0-3600.0,7000.0-7100.0,10100.0-10130.0,
14000.0-14125.0,18068.0-18095.0,21000.0-21120.0
The above is a current example and shows that it is set to only decode CQ
type signals using aggressive validation (it copies the same callsign at
least three times before reporting), and the current frequencies covered.
Enjoy!
