Hi, all:

An article in the July IEEE Spectrum on Internet TV aroused my 
curiosity.

You can now watch TV stations all over the world whose programs are
on streaming video.  Within the past hour I've watched TV programs in
Argentina, Australia, Cameroon, China, Cuba, and Moscow via
    http://wwitv.com/portal.htm

This website has links to some 2000 stations available (not all are 
streaming 24/7, of course).

Another way to chase DX.
