[SEDXC] New insurance underwriting perils towers

I have never thought much of the insurance companies. They are in 
business to collect premiums and not to pay claims. In my practice the 
ladies up front fight with them daily. We regularly turn over health 
insurance companies to the State Insurance Commissioner. My instructions 
are simple...."Give them the same consideration as the enemy in 
battle....NONE"
