[SEDXC] LOTW

I lost 17 for the deleted PJ's but have added 24 of the new ones for the
Challenge via LOTW so far.   Maybe some of the others will show up tomorrow
on LOTW.  I already have most of their cards but LOTW makes it much simpler
for submissions.
