[SEDXC] What's the new number of DXCC Entities with the PJ additions/Subtractions?

I was thinking the net was an increase of 2 from 338 to 340, but the League's DXCC rules still show 338.   
I'm pretty sure 340 is correct because after all the PJ logs were uploaded to LOTW, I had 330 active countries confirmed, still one away from Honor Roll.
Anyone know for sure if 340 is the correct number of active entities now?
