Can anyone send Eduardo a BP cuff now???
I'm not sure you can mail stuff from the US to Cuba, tho there might be an exception for medical supplies.
I have a client/friend who runs legal tours to Cuba abt 5 times a year and she is going down agn in early June. She can take the cuff with her then as a back-up plan.
