[SEDXC] Guy Shields - W4GBU

It is most sad that I report the passing of Guy.  He has  been fighting a 
growth in his lung for 2 years now, and it finally got the best  of him.  The 
last time we talked he was very  pleased the sunspots were coming back and 
that he would get "One more chance at  some good DX!"
 
Funeral arrangements are not final at this time; I will keep  everyone 
informed.
