Hi Guys,
I need a favor. I am liquidating WB4JKD (SK) Walt's stuff for his daughter. I'll
have a lot of it at the hamfest next weekend. But if you would pass the word
among your antique radio friends who are hams that I have a much-prized BC-610
transmitter with all the coils and osc plugins plus the modulator unit.
I'm not making money off this deal, all the money goes to Walt's daughter. But I
naturally want to get the most I can for her. So I'm selling it for $700 unless
someone gives me a better offer. The thing weighs over 300lbs so it takes a
trailer and some strong backs to move if from my Stone Mountain garage to its
new home. Units like this which have been restored sell for $1300 or more on
"Electric Radio", and this one is complete.
Pix of it at the link at this link: http://w4btx.com/bc610

If nobody locally wants it, I'll sell it at the hamfest or on eBay. It's
available for "viewing" at my home in Stone Mountain, 770-492-1116. But only
serious buyers, please.
