[SEDXC] [SECC] Renew amateur Call Georgia auto License plates?

Hi Folks,

1. I rarely post here.
2. If this is a political forum,  I have plenty of good material for 
you.
3. The State is practically broke, vanity plates are about vanity.  I 
choose not to spend the $35.
4. Volunteer work is volunteer work (free).
5. Give the tax payers a break.
